Additional Details

20% service charge will be added to all transfers. All airport arrivals will be charged a $7 airport fee plus parking fees. Hourly minimum pricing will be charged to all international arrivals. Hourly minimum pricing will be charged to all airport transfers between 12 & 5 AM. The flat rate transfers are based on pickup and drop-off without any delay or waiting time. Add $12.50 wait time for each 15 minutes on departures (after 1st 15 minutes grace period). Add $12.50 for each additional pickup, drop-off, or stop (up to 15 minutes/same direction as destination).

Cancelation Policy

12-hour notice prior to the scheduled pickup time (based on the local time zone of the pickup location) to avoid late cancellation or no-show penalty (full charge of the above hourly minimum rates). The cancellation policy may be changed during special events and/or holidays.

No Show Charge

If you are not able to locate the chauffeur, please call our 24-hour dispatch at (818) 764-1800 or (888) 546-6013 immediately. Our dispatch will be able to locate our chauffeur right away with 2-way radios. No Show Charge (full charge of the above hourly minimum rates) will be applied if the passengers fail to call our dispatch before leaving the scheduled pickup location. A No Show Charge will also be applied if the client fails to inform us of the cancellation.
